Please be informed that the personal data that you provide or otherwise obtained within the scope of our activities, will be processed by Ciocio srls on paper and/or with the help of electronic or other automated means in compliance with the aforesaid Code for administrative, accounting, statistical, and commercial purposes.
According to Section 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 you have the right to access your personal data, obtain their modification and/or erasure, and object their processing at any time. The data controller is Ciocio srls
1. Subject-matter of the information
The information provided in this communication concerns your common personal data as well as all other data, including sensitive data (i.e. allowing the disclosure of racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade-unionist character, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life), either provided by you or lawfully obtained by us, or by third parties, or with the help of electronic or any other automated means that are made available by technological innovations.
2. Purposes of data processing:
Your personal data are processed for the purposes of our social goals that are related to and instrumental in the scope of our activities, such as:
a) purposes related to the acquisition of information that is useful to the building and/or the continuation of relationships with our company;
b) purposes related to the customization and implementation of the services provided by our company and the rating of customer satisfaction;
c) purposes related to the communication of information regarding new offers for products and services provided by our company. Especially for the services related to email and web domains management, all data are potentially accessible by our staff with the sole purpose of ensuring retrieval of the data belonging to you. Ciocio srls cannot, in any way, be held responsible for their content and cannot use such data in other processing operations that are inconsistent with the aforesaid purposes.
3. Modalities of data processing
The personal data that are provided by you will be kept in a data bank and/or reproduced on paper and filed or stored on magnetic media and will be lawfully processed either manually or with the help of electronic or other automated means or of any other system that is made available by technological innovations.
Data will be processed lawfully and fairly to guarantee protection and confidentiality. The data belonging to you that are digitally stored by Ciocio srls will be kept separately and will only be accessible at your request for maintenance/repair purposes
Ciocio srls, being unable to distinguish the data that can potentially access, will process them all as sensitive data and will adopt suitable preventative security measures to ensure your protection.
4. Obligatory and voluntary nature of providing data and consequences of failure to provide them:
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in Section 2, letter a) and letter b), is obligatory.
Any objection to provide your data, or part thereof, may cause an impediment to the execution of the contract.
The provision of data may also imply a burden for you that is essential for us to fulfil legal obligations deriving from civil, fiscal and accounting purposes.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in Section 2, letter c), is optional.
5. Entities to whom or which the data may be communicated:
Your personal data may be communicated by us, as far as they are specifically relevant and providing that there is by law such an obligation, to either private or public entities and to parent, subsidiary, related and jointly controlled companies. This is also done with the aim of correctly fulfilling all relevant obligations (also of instrumental nature) in connection with or referring to present and future relationships with you, being them either imposed by laws and/or regulations or aiming at achieving the purposes described above. Your data will not, in any way, be disseminated.
4. Data subjects’ rights
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed:
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2);
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
